Opportunities to Serve

At Fellowship Church there are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved.  We may be a church plant, but don’t let that fool you into thinking there is less to do.  We are a growing and active body with practical and functional needs.  On this page we have listed a few areas within our body where we are always in need of help.  Each area has a short description and contact information.  If you have any questions on how you might plug into one of these areas of ministry please feel free to contact the appropriate party for prompt assistance.

Community Outreach Opportunities

We are a church that is passionate about reaching out to the community of Louisville.  It is our firm belief  that as we demonstrate God’s love through service to others it will open doors for the message of the Gospel to be shared.  We are engaged in a variety of service endevours as a church and as small groups.  There are always a number of opportunities for families and individuals to serve as well.  If you would like more information, please contact Rich Humphrey.

Fellowship Children’s Ministries

Throughout the centuries, it has been the privilege and the responsibility of each generation of Christians to pass the great truths of the faith to the generation that follows them.  Our role as a church is to equip and resource parents in this vital and challenging task.  One of the ways we as a church body serve this purpose is our Children’s Ministry.  During our Sunday worship service, we offer classes where children from infants up to the fifth grade receive instruction that systematically familiarizes them with the entire Bible.  If you would like to assist in this vital ministry, please contact Emily Pellowe.

Set Up Crew

The set up crew is a dedicated group of people who meet every Sunday morning to prepare our facility for worship.  Team members arrive at the Holiday Inn by 8:00  each assigned Sunday (typically once or twice a month) to set up our worship team equipment, our front table, and the children’s ministry rooms.  Team members also remain after the service to place all equipment back into storage.  If you would like to be part of this set up crew, please contact Greg Taylor.
